What is a Thank You Award?
- Employees can send recognition to other employees by sending
  a non-monetary E-Cheers award.
- Managers can send recognition to other employees by sending
  a monetary or non-monetary E-Cheers award.

How do I recognize one employee or several?
On the first page of this site, you will select:
- Who you want to recognize;
- What they did to merit getting the award;
- Between a non-monetary or monetary award (and a value).
  You then personalize the award and send it on its way.

How do Thank You awards work?
When you give a monetary award, the recipient can redeem the amount from hundreds of gift cards from a list of retailers, restaurants, or travel and entertainment options. The gift cards are ordered online.
The non-monetary award allows unlimited recognition with a personalized message that can be emailed directly to the employee for viewing or printing.

How fast will my Thank You awards be delivered?
Allow 24 hours for your recognition award to be delivered to the recipient. You can choose to have a confirmation email or text be sent to you when you place your order.

Can awards be personalized?
You have the options of personalizing the award with the recipient’s name, a personal message and your name or your company’s logo.

What size are the awards?
When printed, awards are 8.5x11.

Do Thank You awards expire?
Awards have no expiration date, but the gift cards/certificates may expire based on the merchants’ terms and conditions.
