What are the Uncommon Caring Rewards?
The Uncommon Caring Rewards are rewards that are redeemed for gift cards/certificates to popular retail, restaurant, travel, and entertainment options. The reward allows recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.  Uncommon Caring Rewards are available for two recognition programs. 
For the Uncommon Caring Rewards program, there are two reward options available: Above & Beyond Rewards, available in $5-$25 denominations and Special Recognition Rewards, available in $30-$250 denominations.
Uncommon Caring Rewards are also given as a retirement gift for the Retirement Rewards program.  The award values are based on the employee's tenure at Allina at the time of their retirement.
How does the Uncommon Caring Reward work?
It's a simple process. The Reward is given to the recipient, who then selects the gift cards/certificates they most desire. Rewards can be ordered and redeemed easily online or by mail.
When will I receive the Uncommon Caring Rewards I ordered?
You will receive an email confirming your order a few minutes after the order is submitted. Orders up to 1,000 awards that are submitted by 12 p.m. Central time will be shipped the same business day. Orders over 1,000 pieces will require additional processing time. All other orders may not ship until the next business day.  Rewards are delivered via the USPS and should arrive approximately 2-4 after you place your order, but the USPS service may take up to 7 days.
Can Uncommon Caring Rewards be personalized?
Yes, in addition to the recipient name and reward name, you can add a custom message and your name.
Do Uncommon Caring Rewards expire?
No, the Reward never expires. However, some individual retailer gift cards/certificates may expire. Award recipients can call our Customer Service Consultants Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Central time, at 866-601-5918 with questions.
Is online ordering safe?
We invoke a secure software technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), whenever you enter personal information on to ensure that you enjoy a safe online shopping experience. The SSL software encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding and misuse of your information by unauthorized individuals.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In this case, you will be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection.
